36 The Mall, standing in its own ground, is well established in the Bed & Breakfast portfolio of Montrose, the owners having had many years experience of running a guest house. They have used that to provide high standards of accommodation and catering, but within a homely atmosphere. The property has been thoroughly refurbished, with decoration and new furnishings perfectly in tune with the character of the structure.

Located just to the north side of Montrose town centre, 36 The Mall is convenient for shopping, the swimming pool just a block away, bowling, golf or just strolling along the town's pristine beach.

Freshly redecorated and refurbished with quality natural pine furniture, each of the rooms at 36 The Mall is spacious and airy. The decor of each room is different, all having effective co-ordination between paintwork, fittings and furnishings. Each room also has plenty space to store your luggage and nik-naks.

En-suite facilities, television, fridge and, tea/coffee and wireless networking at no extra cost. Every room also has a view over either the garden or the tree-lined Mall.

Whether you need a double bed or a twin-bedded room, you are assured of a sound sleep. We have a no-smoking policy and - sorry - no pets in rooms. So you can be sure that the standard of our rooms will always be as high as the day they were fitted out.
